Monthly

  • Statistical report (first of month)

Quarterly

  • Quarterly Report - Critical deadline: 15th of following month
  • March quarter → April 15th
  • June quarter → July 15th
  • September quarter → October 15th
  • December quarter → January 15th

Annual

  • Annual history (January)

  • Year-end financial summary (December/January)

  • Statistical summary (December)

Best Practices

Accuracy

  • Double-check all numbers before submission

  • Verify dates and time periods

  • Ensure all required fields are completed

  • Save copies of submitted reports

Timeliness

  • Set calendar reminders for report deadlines
